P.s. Even though we are based out of Calgary, at least half of the weddings we photograph happen somewhere in the Rocky Mountains between Banff and Jasper. If you’re coming from out of town to have a destination wedding in the Rockies, we’ve got you covered. 🙂

First off, this place is a gem! Emerald Lake Lodge is nestled on a stunning 13-acre peninsula with 24 cozy cabins, hot tubs year-round, and the jaw-dropping backdrop of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Oh, and did I mention it’s right next to the breathtaking Lake Louise? Yeah, it’s that beautiful.
Couples from all around the world love this place and often have a tough time deciding between different elopement and wedding packages. It’s located in the pristine Yoho National Park, so if you’re into hiking and enjoying nature, you’re in for a treat. Plus, the lodge offers fantastic accommodations and activities like biking, skiing, canoeing, sleigh rides, and even horseback riding.
When it comes to tying the knot, you’ve got options at Emerald Lake Lodge. You can have your ceremony indoors or outdoors, and the choice is yours. The venue is perfect for your guests and the whole wedding party. Imagine waking up in a room with a fireplace and a private balcony, overlooking the mountains. It’s pretty darn romantic.
Now, let’s talk food! When you book a wedding or elopement package at Emerald Lake Lodge, you’re not just booking a beautiful venue. You’re also getting bottles of sparkling wine, brunch options, fruit and cheese plates, and more. The dining options are top-notch, with delicious dishes like seared chicken supreme, pan-seared scallops, Alberta lamb, and Bison strip sirloin. And for dessert, think homemade ice cream, hot apple pie, and toffee pudding. Plus, there’s breakfast, lunch, tea time, access to a wine cellar, and a bar that’s been around since the 1800s. This place is all about elegance and sophistication.
